I went to make a reservation at Kikunoi on the first day in Kyoto, but the main store was not available on the date I wanted, so I had to book a branch.
After visiting Kiyomizu Temple, I walked all the way to Kikunoi and arrived on time at 5 o&#39;clock as scheduled. Each guest who made a reservation has a nameplate placed on the corresponding seat, which is full of ritual.
There is a menu for today, but it is not easy to understand. The chef will serve one dish after another, and we will taste them one by one. The chef will also tell you the key points of eating each dish in simple English. Kaiseki cuisine is really about service, atmosphere and ceremony.
To be honest, it is really not very delicious. I just remember that the crab and tuna are delicious. Other soups, grilled food, parent-child meals, etc. are all very ordinary. In the end, if the rice is not finished, they will make it into rice balls for guests to take away and eat.
The dining experience is good, but the taste is really not good in Japan. I ate at any restaurant in Hokkaido, and it tastes better than this.

Kikunoi Roan

记2019.11 关西深秋行~到京都的第一天就去预定菊乃井，结果想要的日期总店都没有，只能定了分店。逛好清水寺，直接一路走到菊乃井，预定的5点，准时到。每个预定的客人都有铭牌放在相应位子上，仪式感是满满的。有一份今日菜单，但也看不太明白。大厨一道道上，我们就一道道细品，大厨还会用简单的英文告诉你每一道的吃法要点，怀石料理真的吃的是服务、氛围和仪式。说实话，真的没有特别好吃，就记得蟹和金枪鱼好吃，其他的汤、烤物、亲子饭等等，都很普通。最后饭吃不完，他们会捏成饭团，方便客人带走食用。用餐体验是好的，味道在日本真算不上好，我在北海道随便吃一家，都比这个好吃。

京都有非常多传统的怀石料理，价位不便宜，对一般游客来说负担很大，但是像菊乃井　露庵就有只要4000日円的午餐套餐，对于想品尝怀石料理又没有太多预算的小资族来说，是个非常好的选择！说到日本料理，高级的怀石料理也是让游客趋之若鹜想要尝试的料理，非常能表现出日本文化。使用许多在地的食材，经过厨师精心烹调，变成一道道精致的料理，不仅是食材讲究，摆盘、食器等等都赏心悦目。

在京都想吃米其林必须提前预定，这家是我唯一能预订到并且评价还不错的怀石料理。店坐落在一个小道里。门面不大，不小心会走过，日本的居酒屋大都如此。我们定了1份中午定食（ 有多种选择），另外额外一壶清酒，这清酒真的好喝，纯正的日本清酒。因为语言不通，老板叫了一个比较善解人意的服务员一对一为我们服务，服务员非常贴心，每一道菜上来的时候，都给了一个中文菜单。我们去的那天正好人少，所以坐在一个大包间里。榻榻米的包间里，干净，每一样装饰和餐具摆设都非常日本化，非常精致。。上菜速度比较慢刺身非常新鲜，摆盘都非常精致，每一个餐具都很品质。甜品和米饭都辣嚒好吃，味道也很不错，不得不说米其林真的很赞最后消费16394元日币。连结账单都辣嚒好看！服务员全程鞠躬微笑服务。很值的一次米其林体验，强烈推荐。

The desserts and rice are spicy and delicious, and the taste is very good. I have to say that Michelin is really good. The final consumption is 16,394 yuan. 也是提前一个月通过某宝代订的，菊乃井本店太火爆订不到，只能改定了弟弟开的露庵菊乃井，米其林二星。地址也比较好找，在木屋町路口，木屋町一带参观很多、但这家店门口很低调很容易错过。进了门有别致的小溪小景观，日本人对内部设计也是很有讲究。在吧台坐下，厨师给了菜单，一道道菜品特别精致，虽只能通过英语大致判断里面的配料，但视觉味觉上都是新的体验，味道虽不及烤肉、拉面那么刺激，但也有怀石讲究的内涵在，所以也还是那句话，吃的是一份情怀和精致，店主叔叔也会送到门口，还会合影，很亲和～

两个人都定了7000的午餐，加上服务费，一人也才五百多人民币吧，居然是给很大的包间，每一道端上来都会解释，然后就出去了，我们在里面吃吃吃，非常舒适。樱花季，很多菜都有点缀，所有的食材都是当季的，鲜美。这个价格在中国根本吃不到这样水准的日料，所以就不要要求还能吃出满汉全席的味道了。本来怀石料理就不是靠味道取胜。

一定要预约的一家店，不然是没有位置的，提前一个月两个月都可以噢。    创意料理，创意值钱，服务好所以餐饮费力一定有服务费，吃环境所以装修不差，旅游么，该花就花。

从先付到香物的怀石料理，大概只用了一个多小时。最后一道水物里的柚子沙冰和脆柿拥抱在嘴里时，想要举起双手放礼花了。走的时候我问能带走菜单么，店员连说了三个多佐哈哈哈
